It was a small and simple room which I expected. The room they gave me had not been cleaned, so I asked to be given a different room and they were helpful in that regard. However, the new room did not have a working TV.

The staff very lovely, friendly. Room clean. They need better instruction (they have none) for tv. As some channels work, some don’t. The internet could be a bit funky (at times). Good heat (in this very cold weather). And two 24/7 delis only half block away and laundromat across the street. Rooms, though, need a bedside table. For cell phone and drinks when in room.
