The hotel itself is clean and the staff is amazing. The rooftop deck was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a great way to start a day of adventure. There is a two block gauntlet you need to traverse to reach the subway. During the day it was not an issue. At night we just Uber back to the hotel.

Staff was amazing. We were there 6 nights and never had housekeeping come in to clean. I did call to ask for clean towels and they did make the bed. Location was a bit risqué - I wouldn’t walk alone in the area. Love the fact they had breakfast and coffee every morning. Can’t say enough about the very professional and kind staff ! Because of them - I would still stay there again.

From check-in with Daniel and the operations manager Christina, all the staff including Oumou were extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and I would stay here again and recommended them to anyone. I would give them 10 stars

100% no sound proofing at all. Heard everything from people in the hallways, their rooms, construction outside that started at 5 AM. The rooms are in need of a touch up as well. A lot of chipping paint.

This property is located in a very seedy and industrial and very low income housing part of Long Island City. After about 8:00pm the streets are literally deserted. You do to want to be walking around. Even during our morning walk to the subway, the drugs were being passed around along p[parked cars on the street. We paid over $43.00 to commute to the (Mid-town) city via Uber so consider taht in the cost of the hotel.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff have recommendations for good pizza nearby. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Within walking distance to subway station. Probably an area that we aren’t used to but no issues at all.
