Our room was great! Much better than expected! The view was beautiful. It was of the rivier looking at Roosevelt Island, and the bridge. The room was clean. Parking was so easy - the valet was very kind and helpful. The front desk checked us in early and they were very polite.

The heat was not working and the manager was well aware however we were not notified. We had to call the front desk and request a heater, the heater was not working we slept in gloves, sweats, and beanies. The only thing they had to offer was an extra blanket. HORRIBLE!
