this place is cute and facilities/amenities are all great! its so nice how they do breakfast here its small things like croissants and coffee to start your day off. The customer service line was a bit difficult to reach but eventually they answered to resolve our problem with our deactivated key card. Overall, a great place to stay and safe location!

The shower was freezing and the staff didnt tell us you have to turn the sink hot water on to get hot water. The remote would not increase the volume so i couldnt hear the tv, and there were no phones in the room so when i called the front desk to ask how ro work the remote i was sent to voice mail. Not a fan.

This place was phenomenal! First off, it is so cute, so quaint, and was the perfect backdrop for visiting NYC around Christmas time. The sweet girl working the desk was so kind and professional, making our check-in/out process seamless. We were able to leave our luggage there until our room was ready and was also able to leave it there after we checked out until we caught our flight later that evening (for free!) There is a small grab-and-go breakfast (mainly pastries) with a couple warm drinks available every morning, making that one less meal to pay for while visiting if you don't want to. The room itself was of course, small, but it worked for my mom and I, and honestly we barely spent any time there other than to shower and sleep. And let me say, SO CLEAN! The clean reviews were the main reason we booked it, and it definitely held up to those claims. I have no words for how cute the rooftop area is - such a hidden gem in the city. I would 100% recommend anybody stay here and I know if I ever visit again, The Little Charlie will be the first place I look for availability. Highly recommend!
