Bed Bugs

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident during my recent stay. On the morning of [insert date], I woke up with visible red marks on my right arm, which I promptly showed to the front office. Unfortunately, no apology was offered, though pictures of my arm were taken. Later, I spoke with the manager on duty. While he mentioned that an expert on bed bugs would be contacted, the tone left me uncertain whether this was a genuine follow-up or a veiled way of dismissing the issue. Regardless, the lack of empathy, acknowledgment, or ownership was disappointing. An apology or offer of a refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances. That said, I would like to thank the staff for assisting with bringing my luggage down at 12 p.m.—that help was sincerely appreciated. I hope your team takes this matter seriously. Incidents like this can not only cause discomfort but also reflect poorly on the level of customer care expected from your establishment.

Liked our room pretty well. We got the feeling from the website info. that the room would be extremely small and maybe very little room for our luggage, but it was more spacious than we expected. The bathroom was also large and very clean. Had enough towels for our family of 4 and other supplies were fine (toilet paper, liquid hand soap, etc.).Plus, they provide a small continental breakfast of some pastry choices, juice, coffee, etc. No hot foods. Negatives: the floor of the room seemed a bit dirty, the walls seemed thin re: noise, and they were able to store our luggage for us when we didn't have the room yet and after check-out, but it didn't seem very secure. Just kept it stacked up next to the reception desk for the 2 diff. times we needed them to hold it. One time, it was stacked against a wall and visible to other people coming in, and one time, they put it behind a curtain near the reception desk. We kept what we could with us, but took a chance on the larger luggage, because we had no other options. It was all fine, fortunately, but definitely would've preferred if it could've been behind a locked door.

I stayed there for two nights with my husband and it was great. Nice and quiet place with friendly staff close to everything. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay! They also provide a lovely breakfast in the morning included in your stay (Almond croissants 😍) The rooms are absolutely tiny it literally is a bed to stay in so if you need space this isn’t the place for you. We also never had our room cleaned once during our 3 night stay. Some feedback for the hotel would be to provide proper bins in the room there was the tinest bin for the toliet which doesn’t allow room for general rubbish.

Nice stay except for hallway noise

Check in was quick and easy. Inviting and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean, cozy and exactly what I expected. Really the only negative about staying here was being able to hear everything that my neighbor said in their room. That and doors opening and shutting the hallway. Very distracting. Luckily I had noise cancelling headphones that helped quite a bit. Besides that I really enjoyed the place.
