The hotel was perfect I go to NYC once a month or so and has to be the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff was extremely kind. The view from the room Was perfection. Area a little rough an industrial but didn’t feel unsafe at all. I would continue to book this hotel.

A good spot for a quick solo/business trip

Staff was so friendly. Kindness factor off the chart. The breakfast in the morning was fine! It did the job. The gym equipment was simple but again got the job done and was in good condition - it is WARM in there, though. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. Location is convenient to the subway- outside of it isn't fantastic but the price was very good.

I had a great stay here! The room was clean, modern, and had an amazing view. The complimentary breakfast offered a solid selection of the usual hotel breakfast options, which was convenient to start the day. The only challenge was the parking garage—it’s a bit narrow with large pillars, so you need to be extra careful maneuvering, especially if there are other cars parked nearby. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a great location made it a positive experience.
