We paid for two rooms with sofa beds that were never provided even after calling 3x!!! Body gel ran out and was never replaced, no usable bar or restaurant on site and the room has the bare amenities:(. Totally not worth $2400 for two rooms for two nights. Wouldn’t recommend.

This guys did great job! Within one year they renovated whole hotel- I stayed here one year ago ( it was Crown Plaza) and was not very satisfied, but now everything is good! I just want to propose to make water in room for free, because as usually you want to enjoy a bottle of water after taking the room and not think about price (6 dollars).

Accomodations were perfect!

Right on Times Square and facing the action. We had wonderful room service and easy access to everything. Doorman helped my visually impaired daughter get her Uber. Held luggage after checkout so we could explore the city one more day. Highly recommend!
