Clean new rooms, very comfortable beds. Great staff. The only thing is we weren't left enough tiwels and toilet paper. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and close to everything we wanted to do. Also surprisingly quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency Times Square. This location was perfect to walk around the city and we felt safe the entire time. The entire hotel from the entrance, lobby to rooms were well kept. The housekeeping was amazing. Lastly, this hotel had good sound proof, and we were all able to sleep well, even with the location being at Times Square. I was very impressed, especially with it being our first time in NYC and at this hotel.
