Great location with corner store next door. Walked all over into town and to the beach. Great restaurants nearby and taxis drive up and down the road often. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a fridge and microwave in our room as well as a smart TV and air-conditioning with our own remote. The pool was really nice and open all day. Rooftop has great views of the sunset. Also, really nice outdoor sitting area with strong Wi-Fi connection. This was our first time in negril and we would stay here again if we come back.

The owner, Rose, is Jamaican and also a U.S. citizen so she has the right combination of hospitality and practicality. She and her family run the business so everyone is invested in your comfort. Rose and a family member drove 45 minutes at 8 o'clock at night to bring us a spare tire for our rental car. She shared dinners at no charge. She took us places to experience the local way of life. Maybe she liked us?.. or maybe she just likes what she does. I saw other guests being treated with the same personal touch. If you would like a place that feels like home, this is the place.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and also comfortable mindset you have book with our lovely Miss Rose and Narval will take care of your every need. I booked at the last minute as soon as i arrived in Jamaica, and Narval was very accommodating with the last minute booking and also making sure the transition for myself to settle in after a long flight was perfect. We needed somewhere to stay for the night after too much drinking at ricks cafe and not being able to get back to our resort. Very close and the staff were very nice and easy going. However when booking on Expedia it said that breakfast was included, but when we go there they said that since the hurricane they stopped serving breakfast (but people still have to eat). I asked for coffee, they said yes they can do that. However, I got no coffee. Couldn't find anyone around in the morning. They really need to update that information on Expedia. I booked because it said breakfast was included, but I left hungry and disappointed.
