Nice hotel, spacious room near all facilities for eating and shopping. Great reception staff, very friendly and informative. Had a problem with slow draining sink which was fixed within minutes of reporting. Trolley stop quite near for San Diego harbour front. One improvement would be a mirror in the room area.

The hotel front desk staff were just wonderful. They were very polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel property was very clean, appealing and well organized. This was our first stay, but we selected this hotel based on prior reviews as to the good condition of the property and it’s location to shopping,restaurants and transportation options. The reviews were right on. Additionally, this hotel is located near the 24th Street Trolley Station and the hotel provides a free shuttle service until 10:30 pm. The Trolley system is a great way to explore San Diego without using your car and paying high parking fees. This is exactly what we did. We had a very comfortable and safe stay. We will definitely consider booking a future stay.

Todo me gustó, como me recibieron y la información que me dieron, todo súper completo. Muy conveniente el café gratis 24 horas. Lo que NO me gustó, es que cenamos en el restaurante de junto y pagamos la cuenta. Al hacer check out, el hotel me cargo a mi tarjeta el importe de esa cena. En teoría me van a hacer un ajuste, pero hasta ahora no ha sucedido. Por lo demás perfecto.

You won't regret your stay here, amazing views, local dining, and cleaned daily. Front desk employees were very friendly and attentive to any questions we had. Housekeeping associates were polite and kind, but what tops it all off is how good they were in having our room ready whenever needed.
