Log in details were a bit clunky aslo late check outs required additional money , This place does not have a reception so we requested an additional 2 hours just to have the bags secured while we went for a walk .

The room was really nice. All digital check in was easy, but takes a little getting used to. Not having a real person to interact with is different for an older person. Was a little concerned about the safety of the area, but had no problems. Parking on the street, I didn’t really care for that. Getting luggage to room was not easy. This is probably a place to stay for someone in their 20’s to 30’s. I still recommend for the quality of the room and the price. Would stay again since learning how it all works.

The check in was great. We didn’t have to deal with any staff. The balcony was small but enough room for both of us. The room was clean and comfortable. Tv had apps to watch movies. Parking was okay, mostly on the street. I would definitely recommend.

Room was immaculate, so beautiful and spacious. Super secure and so close to where the Big New Years Eve Bash! We walked there. Food can be delivered. Cornhole boards and an excellent view of the fireworks and close enough you can hear the music from your room. Definitely will Forever be my go to when it comes to places to stay at in Nashville! 10/10!

Good room setup. Just enough space. No hot water in the mornings. Doors didn’t always open since they’re passcode connected to spotty WiFi and hotel seems to have no answer other than to “keep trying” code until it works. How am I supposed to get in my room then? Floors are a bit loud. Not much nearby, but no traffic. Asking customers to bag up their trash and do other cleaning duties at this price is crazy.

Everything was fine except when I arrived at room in the dark, the main lights wouldn't turn on. I did find a circuit box and found the bad circuit. The same circuit went out in the middle of the night
