The staff was exceptional! We have never experienced such incredible customer service before. The staff went above and beyond for us and were incredibly friendly. We can’t thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and making our stay so comfortable and fun. The hotel is fantastic. It’s comfortable and great food and roof top bar. I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Nashville. Thank you!

The hotel and our room was so beautiful! Service was quick and friendly. The only 2 things we didn’t like is was there was a stain on the couch and for a $600 room I don’t feel that’s acceptable. Also we ordered breakfast in bed and the food was beautifully presented but the biscuit and gravy was not southern style and was poor in taste and my husbands steak was very dry! We would definitely stay here again just not order room service. Other than that it was truly a beautiful hotel we really enjoyed our stay!!!!
