This was actually our first time staying in a VRBO rather than at a hotel. We were a little concerned from previous comments that the elevator wasn't working. Thankfully, it worked fine while we were there as our unit was on the third floor, we had a fair amount of luggage, and we are definitely not young! The unit was very clean and welcoming, and we felt very safe. We arrived in the dark, so that was a bit daunting in "figuring out" how to actually get to the parking, etc.
Although the unit sleeps up to 8 people, there is definitely not seating nor enough amenities for that many people. I communicated with the management team that we would have appreciated more bath linens, actual hangers (there were NONE), and facial tissue. Hopefully, those will be offered to the next guests.
The only negative is that it was extremely loud with a lot of outside traffic and noise.
