Things to note:



-At Chady Property Management, we want to ensure you have a great experience. Please note that we do not have control over the cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, or availability of common areas and amenities, as these are managed by the HOA. If any building amenities become unavailable or experience issues, we cannot be held responsible for those spaces. However, if concerns arise, feel free to notify us, and we will promptly report the issue to the HOA on your behalf.

- Eligible refunds may incur a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- All properties offer contactless check-in. Please arrive between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may not be available. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

-Locals must inquire before booking. If a local resident books without first inquiring, management has the right to cancel the reservation without the possibility of a refund.

-No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.

-Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, including common areas, the rooftop deck, patios, and balconies.

-Parking: Vehicles parked in the rear lot must be registered using the Park Eaz signs posted on-site.

-Trash Disposal: Trash rooms are located on each floor, south of the elevators. Please make sure all bagged trash goes inside the bins—nothing should be left in the hallways, as it can cause odors and carpet staining.

-Rooftop Deck: The rooftop deck off the clubroom is open year-round. Guests can access it through the 5th-floor clubroom using the keypad to the left of the double doors.

(It will use the same access code provided to guests for the stay.)



Other Things to Note:

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
