The property is world class and the service is unmatched. Rebecca was top notch at check-in and my server Devin at Mimo this morning rolled out the hospitality, and we had some great conversation. He’s an asset to your service team. My room was everything I expected. However, when I arrived there was a french fry on the floor under the TV, and the switches by the left hand side of the bed were malfunctioning. Additionally, there were some pills and other items in the bed frame. I would have given a lower cleanliness score but the common areas of the property were immaculate. I would still highly recommend this property and plan to stay again as I visit Nashville regularly.

I cannot overstate the value of the staff. Every single was was knowledgeable, attentive, and pleasant. I will give preference to Four Seasons facilities in the future over cheaper options just off this quality alone.

We visited Nashville for 3 nights last week and stayed at this beautiful hotel. The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful! The room was clean and modern with an awesome view of the city. We pretty much walked everywhere and enjoyed coming back in the evening to our hotel which felt tucked away but yet right in the heart of downtown. If you're concerned about noise from Broadway, don't be. It was extremely quiet. We got to enjoy the 7th floor pool and hot tub, which was very relaxing between our day and evening plans. Overall, it was a very memorable stay and we would go back in a heartbeat :)

Property was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and fully stocked. The bed was amazing, best sleep ever! The shower handle was broken and it’s very loud at night due to being next to broadway and all the bars but besides that the hotel is great!

The pool and hot tub were closed for the season but was not advertised on their website. This was a huge disappointment as we were looking to relax at the end of the day.

Amazing stay. The room was great. They went above and beyond to tailor to kids by having a Santa mailbox with writing custom letters to Santa. Our kids loved it. Also, their specialty Christmas cocktails were fantastic. The Buffett on the weekend was incredible: fresh crab claws etc. location is amazing. Highly recommend staying here with small children.
