The studio was actually perfect for both my boyfriend and I. I loved the inside how it was decorated. Everything was within walking distance and a great pancake place right down the street. Overall a good stay. We were in town for a business conference. I would say that this is a better spot to crash after enjoying the Nash scene rather than a conference or a relaxing weekend. Pros: Super convenient location, great size for 2 guests, good complex, easy to work with.Cons: Loud HVAC system, uncomfortable bed, bathroom wasnt very clean, tight parking for a larger vehicle.

The unit was clean and in the best location. We walked right out the back door to Husk and had an amazing meal. So close to everything downtown and the hosts responded almost immediately to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.

It was a bit confusing at first to come through the touchpad into the initial set of gates. But the video did help quite a bit to find our way to our unit. The remote control to the gate as well as parking passes, were exactly where we were told. Very comfortable, very clean unit. The kitchen was well prepared for any type of meal that one would want to prepare. The unit was also very close to all the activities we wanted to experience in Nashville.

This rental was in a great location to visit all things Nashville. Broadway was a short walk away and yes it is uphill back, But it’s not terrible! Place was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is some street noise but It did not bother us. We had a great time!
