There was a hiccup at check in. The host quickly responded, and fixed it and no issues. I travel a lot for work and know hiccups happen (hotels, vrbos, my in-laws house) but I can readily appreciate the responsiveness of this host. Ill say negative things first. In order for the shower to turn on, pull the spout on the tub down with the water on. It took me about 90 seconds to figure out. That may be more of a me issue tho. Ok the positives. It was close to downtown. I walked back after a night on Broadway during my conference. But ubered during the day. Uber/lyft was pretty cheap and quick to anywhere downtown. Uber at 3am from broadway was a hassle so I walked. The place was nice, well lit, comfortable and I took a zoom meeting there without issue. If I had been there for more fun than work conference I probably would have had some people over for drinks and maybe some food. (Probably not food ,Nashville has too much good food) Its cozy, and good for like 4-6 adults having a nice time. I didnt have a car, but it looked easy to park at. In comparison to what lots of people I know booked for my convention at host hotels and hotels in the area it was very very inexpensive. Id recommend.

What a great place to stay in Nashville! Easily walkable to downtown, ample parking at the complex, comfortable and cozy condo and great detailed check-in instructions to make sure your stay goes smoothly from the start. This is a great little sudio. It is an easy walk to Broadway, Printers Alley and the general downtown area. The complex is well kept and very peaceful. The bed was sooooo comfortable! The unit provides everything you need (there was even coffee provided) Casey was very helpful with the specific directions and instructions. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Lovely lovely little pad to base our fun explorations of town from! Great value, 10-15 min walking from Broadway, very clean, secured condo area, responsive and friendly host. Even parking was available, though we did not need it. Would definitely return!

It was perfect for me & my husband. Close to Broadway, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Casey was great and always answered right away if I had questions. This place was perfect! My husband and I went to Nashville for a concert. The host was very kind and responsive! The condo was cute, clean and comfortable. We were there in March so the weather was perfect for walking to Broadway and the concert at Bridgestone arena. I think we only used ride share 4x in 3 days. If we go back to Nashville, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. It truly felt welcoming from the moment I arrived.The hosts were excellent—responsive, kind, and clearly attentive to their guests’ experience. Communication was smooth, and they made check-in and check-out very easy.The only downside was the outside noise, which was noticeable at times and could be disruptive, especially in the evenings. If you’re a light sleeper, that’s something to keep in mind.Overall, it was a great stay with fantastic hosts, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.

Stay was great location was perfect a couple complaints is, there was hair floating around the shower from the drain, the pillows felt like they were ran over by a tank then placed back in the bed. And there was a lack of circulation so the rental was @ 67 degrees it would still be hot inside
