Nice space. Only issue was how loud traffic was over night. You do not get check in directions until 10 minutes prior to check in which almost was an issue as we were getting on our flight at that time and our friends staying with us were already there waiting for the directions. It all worked out. Easy to walk to Broadway.

It was VERY noisy with the street traffic! They have sound machines and earplugs to try to mask the noise! I never would have booked if I saw this in the reviews. It was difficult to find the check1in code on the link they sent. I had to call and text host on how to get it. They did respond timely but I could tell I was talking with a call center. Then we had water leaking into the kitchen from the hot water heater! It took a day for someone to come check it out. The fixtures and finishes were not high end but good enough. The bed was ok. The air conditioner in the guest room was loud. It was in walking distance to attractions which was good. We won’t be staying with this host again.

Location is great. Close to Broadway but very quiet. The only complaint is the fees for early check-in and check-out. Our unit was available early, however, we had to wait until 3PM to get the unit number. Everything is auto- generated. The "free" lockers for luggage storage are pretty useless, as you lose access to the building at check- out time. So if you want to store luggage and come back for it before heading to airport, you are forced to pay extra for a later check- out time, as you will not able to get in the building for locker access-even though you don't need extra time in the unit. And, we knew the unit was not rented the following night as I had received another automatic message about extending my stay. So, it was purely an unnecessary extra fee. Advertised for 6 people however there was only a small couch and 1 chair in the living room. It is good if you are just sleeping there but not necessarily for gathering to hang out.

The location was perfect and so close to everything! Literally walking distance to Broadway and even though we had a car, we didn’t need it. The unit was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We thought there was access to a pool but there wasn’t, although that wasn’t a big deal for us. Made our first time in Nashville a real pleasure. The host was very responsive too. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a little upset that onsite parking was advertised but immediately unavailable the second we booked. I felt like it was a bait & switch all along. Communication was fast & consistent although they need to communicate in house with each other better. I was getting a message from one person, then get the same message from another & when I would ask a question I would get two different answers. We got locked out of the building at 10AM even tho we paid extra for a 1PM checkout. They had to issue us a new code so all was ok, but we were concerned to leave again. All in all the place was clean & nice. The location was great.

We booked this stay specifically so our family could stay together and assist my wife’s elderly parents during our Nashville trip.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the original unit had not been cleaned or prepared for guests. The property management team did respond after two hours and ultimately provided us access to two separate units so our trip could continue, and we do appreciate the effort to recover the situation. However, the delay caused us to miss our reservations and being placed in separate units down the hall was not equivalent to the original 2-bedroom arrangement we booked, especially given the needs of our family during the trip. The situation also resulted in a stressful and time-consuming start to our stay.Communication was polite throughout the process, though response times were often slow (16 hours) and compensation concerns were ultimately unresolved.Overall, the team did attempt to address the issue, but the experience did not fully match the accommodations and stay we originally booked.
