“Rocky” the front desk attendant had a hard time finding my reservation, demanded to see my phone and kept trying to take my phone from me. When I asked what information he needed, he said there’s too much information I need to see your phone. When I said you can tell me what you need to see, you don’t need to take my phone, Rocky called me “Racist and inhuman because if he was any other race there wouldn’t be a problem. And I assure you my phone costs three times as much as your phone “. When I said “ it has nothing to do with race, if I wouldn’t share a drink with you, you’re not touching my phone just tell me what info you need”. Rocky continued to call me racist and threatened to cancel my reservation at 9pm at night. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel.
