Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of it. Close to main train station and lots of dining options. 711 right at entrance. We found it quiet in our room. Great views

A good underground walk between the hotel and Osaka/Umeda via Osaka garden city, which could be confusing for the first time. Not much shops around the hotel. I like the classic western design of the hotel however.
