The hotel has tons of potential but is disappointing. The setting is amazing. The landscaping is beautiful but everything else was subpar. The breakfast is cereal, cold muffins and yogurt. Cleaning staff is friendly but hotel staff is no where to be found. Checkin and checkout is done with cleaning staff. Room could use some upkeep and maintenance. For the very high price they charge no worth it at all.

Very cool place to stay; nice pool and quick access to the beach. My cabin was comfortable, clean and perfectly cold for the summer. The staff I interacted were all very pleasant and helpful. Great place to stay.

The cottages are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is one of the best on island. The only special consideration is the low hum of noise from the restaurant which is located right next to the cottages. It’s over by the restaurant closing at about 11PM, but creates a hum of group conversation until then. The drive from Sconset to downtown takes about 15 minutes so renting a car is useful.
