My husband and I stayed at the Regatta Inn on Tuesday and Wednesday night, Oct 14 and 15. My husband treated me to this as a 40th anniversary gift. The staff were so helpful and nice, Sofia and Teasha. The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed, pillows and linens were top quality. We loved the breakfast offered and the cookies at 4 pm were really good. I would highly recomnend this hotel and if we return, hopefully, we will stay here again. Sofia also upgraded us from a queen room to a king room. Thank you so much. We both highly recommend.

We have a late check in, and not a great welcoming at this time. But the day after the staff was very friendly. We were in the Veranda house so nice and historic. We enjoyed our stay of 1 night. The lobby is beautiful and offers some snacks at anytime. The breakfast is perfect. Our room and our bed were pretty tiny, until the bathroom was nice ad spacious, but this is an old house. To my opinion the price is too high, but it is Nantucket.

Was essentially a rooming house. Great location, friendly staff. The Veranda House 2 blocks away had more options for drinks, snacks, breakfast, etc. Thought I was booking Veranda House but apparently the "Sherburne" rooms are in a house 2 blocks away. Still nice.

It’s a nice resort good location… which features several properties around the main building. The main thing for us being an older couple was we were put on the third floor with no elevator in the building. The young receptionist offered to take our luggage up… but we said we would try to manage. We would not do this again. I feel we should have been offered a room on a lower level.

We paid for an upgrade to our room, the screen door to the balcony was completely broken. We were on the third floor, and the elevator had an expired inspection, and when I brought it to the management attention, they texted me back siting "issues with being on an island". The place burned down a few years ago, you would think they would be more vigilant? With so many options on island; this one can be missed.

Right from check-in the balcony door key did not function… Sam stated it would be taken care of & it never was, first night the folks above us from 10:30-11:15 were crazy loud, we called front desk left message and over 24 hours later addressesd this with front desk (Jillian). They seemed somewhat but never any action to resolve. At 4:00 the next morning a woman ran down the stairs hysterical crying. On the third night is was noisy again above us. On the 4th night a gentleman was outside yelling Betty Miller for 3 ish hours. Finally, the cops come and wow who knows what happened. Besides all this the pillows are awful. We stay in many many hotels and never have had such a poor experience. Although Nantucket is beautiful and we still had a nice vacation/birthday, this has left a very poor lasting impression of Nantucket Resort Hotels.

Appreciated the rise to the ferry. The lobby was nice, fireplace, games. Lived the canned water. Did not need towels changed daily. Recycling was not well demarcated. Great location.
