Hotel accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of little things added that made our stay extra enjoyable. The one thing I will say was that the location was not as close to the airport as I had anticipated and was on the road to Mombasa away from city Central.

Had an overnight stay before an early flight next day, read reviews and this looked ok foe our needs, it’s ok, a little tired around the edges, service in the restaurant (24hrs which is great to have) was slow, food choice and quality was good. Free one way transfer was a plus but I think I’d stay closer to the airport next time.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very nice restaurant with great food and free breakfast. Free room service 24 hr. Very attentive staff. My only complaint would be that I had trouble with the shower hot water my frist day there. It was fixed the following day though. Overall I would recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice hotel, big rooms and very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious, so many options. Not a great area for walking, except to the small mall onsite, but it was close to the airport which was the point. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone from the front desk(Ireen and Amos)to the people in the hallway and lobby, the staff at the restaurant to assist you and also the man that drove me to the airport were very kind, very professional. The hotel restaurant was great, the breakfast in the morning was awesome; great variety of choices. Whatever meal you go to the restaurant for, they have a variety of things to choose from. I felt very comfortable, safe and secure in this hotel. When I return to Nairobi, this will definitely be my first stay.

Ok hotel for overnight stay but no longer. Rooms have a feeling of "thrown together". Best part of the hotel is shuttle from airport, driver Seth is great. Hotel not in great condition, no shampoo, handwash or body wash in dispensers. Just overall rough

The property is located next to what appears to be a busy highway inside a mall which requires 2 set of metal detectors to get in. Area does not feel safe at all. Hotel is well maintained, but its age started to show: mirror in the bathroom was partially broken in the back, door to the bathroom had the lock broken, empty soap dispensers and limestone was built up on the bathroom shower glass and sink. Staff was really nice and welcoming.
