This is NOT a hotel. It’s a house in a new build estate. It is NOT close to anything. There are NOT 7 beach bars! You will need a taxi to get anywhere. Also the taxi driver will need instructions on how to get there as they have not heard of it. Part of our experience was: arrived at 2.45pm to find cleaners still cleaning it…annoyed we had turned up and on the phone angrily to their management (we guess). They let us put our stuff inside and we went out to explore while they cleaned. Then when we got back the contactless host did not provide us an access code and THEN told us they hadn’t received payment so we couldn’t get into the house. Our bags were there already. We had to go to a hotel to charge our phones and get wi-fi to try and sort it out. We had to get the virtual agent from Wotif to sort it out…but it was ridiculously hard! Also under direct flight path. Anyway the house itself is nice and new…that’s the main positive.
