Parking area from where I could see was lit The"Receptionist/ Supervisor" was VERY RUDE! However the gentleman that took over the situation of No Hot Water treated me with respect & moved me to another room that wasn't as Musty & the best feature was the Handicap Bathroom. Place needs painting .The rooms doesn't look anywhere nice as the Lobby & Breakfast area .

We chose this as close to Isle of Lakes Golf. The location was great and it was very quiet. The rooms were large and the beds comfy. My only issue (as it is with a lot of places in the USA is the lack of GF options- especially no GF beer!) However, there are plenty of diners near by. I would 100% stay again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was until 10:00, I was done by then, however I noticed some come down for breakfast a few minutes before 10, went to get their coffee first and then all the food items were taking away. There should be courtesy given to those still in the middle of getting their breakfast items.

Clean room.

The room had a very strong disinfection smell. We kept our door open for a long time. Housekeeping excellent. We had not planned to spend a lot of time in the room, so it was okay.

This place was okay. The bed was clean. But there was mold outside the outside air conditioning unit. TV remote didn't work and the lights were weird. The breakfast was okay. The staff was nice. It'll do in a pinch.
