The current cleanliness of the room is unsatisfactory and does not align with the visual representations provided. While the exterior of the property was acceptable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, I was significantly disappointed. Furthermore, I had reserved a balcony room, which was not provided.I would not recommend

The room smelled terrible the toilet was dirty there was garbage in the room the "whirlpool hot tub" advertised was only a shower with jets that didnt work the shower head didnt work the sheets were dirty the noise from other rooms was so clear and disturbing we paid $287 only to stay there for in total 2 hours .. im currently in the process of trying to get my money back

This was not a motel / hotel this is a shelter ! The parking lot not cleared of snow .(when we returned to our room late at night there was no parking to be. Had we had to park in the main parking lot and walk through the Snow to the room.. in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. The baseboard was falling off in the back of the bathroom door was filthy dirty I would never stay in this establishment again nor do I think you should be referring people to stay in this establishment..

Room was not everything it was cracked up to look like in the original posting online. The room had a mold on the ceiling, definitely doesn't seemed well kept. The TV in the room had no sound, and the Jetted Tub wasn't filling correctly. Definitely would recommend this room for anyone hoping to enjoy a "Luxury" suite.
