Went for our anniversary and loved it. Excellent service, beautiful restaurant with excellent food and views. Loved the shuttle service to downtown (although was an easy walk had the weather been nicer!) Will definitely return!

Beautiful!

Beautiful new hotel with amazing views right on the Mystic River. Only tiny complaint—pillows were too high and that was the only option. Maybe have a variety of firmness. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Room for improvement..

I guess since the hotel just opened there were a few missed opportunities. The place is beautiful, small things caught my eye only one valet on a Friday kept a line of cars at the front. Considering there really isn’t an option for self parking it presented a problem. Front desk receptionist seemed a bit nervous but was very polite. The elevator broke down, and parts of the hotel was still under construction. Made the best of it however first impressions are crucial for the success of a hotel. BTW per design key missed opportunities like having a rain shower instead of basic wall fixtures might have given that extra experience. I’ll give it a 3 overall room for improvement
