The Space:
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1400 square feet of comfortable living space. Start your day with coffee on one of two expansive balconies, enjoying the sunrise and ocean breeze. Spend your afternoons at the beach, directly across the street, or exploring the Grand Strand's attractions. In the evenings, unwind by the secluded courtyard pool and hot tub while sharing stories. The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect for socializing while relaxing or preparing meals. The condo features spacious bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy a meal out at nearby restaurants like Sea Captains House and Vicini's, or cook your own meal and dine with ocean views.
Guest Access:
The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean. Entry is on a key lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.

Our condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Myrtle Beach, directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North. You'll have the convenience of being steps away from the sandy shores and the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. For your daily dose of caffeine or a sweet treat, Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's are just across the street. Indulge in a delightful meal and oceanfront views at the Sea Captain's House, a short three-block walk away. Explore the vibrant entertainment, dining, and shopping options at Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, all within a mile of our location.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
