Join us at the front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. Enjoy our 2 bed 2 bath condo with great views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Jacuzzies, Sport courts, Full Fitness Center, Play Areas, Snack Shack and Beach Bar Unit-408B

Our Condo:
This is an two Bedroom 2 bathroom 4th floor condo that sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, Second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area.

The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT.

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. You will be issued a hang tag which will need to be displayed while parked at the resort . ----------

Convenient, cozy place

This place is convenient to many eating places and shops. Cute little condo. Can sit on balcony and listen to the music next door. The only downfall we saw is the mattress in the main bedroom(with bathroom) is hard. Other than that, perfect place to stay!!

Great Vacation

We had a great time, Robert was very helpful in all of our endeavors and the rental property was above expectations, We enjoyed the beach, pools, lazy river, and the Quarter Deck (bar and restaurant on the beach) was a main attraction. The condo was near the pavilion. Broadway at the beach, putt putt courses and grocery stores but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite.We will recommend this place to my family and friends, and to you also, We will be back

Perfect Getaway

Close to restaurants, entertainment and a quick easy walk to the beach, this property is beautiful, clean and equipped with anything you would need.! We noticed a high chair, pack and play, box fans, &more! Provided with a generous supply of essentials like dish liquid, toilet paper, coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental and plan to stay again!

Great Location!

Overall, the condo was clean and nicely decorated, and no clutter. The host, Robert was very communicative through the entire process and answered immediately! The only downsides were the matresses in both bedrooms could have been more comfortable, and we did have one cockroach. Otherwise, the pools were nice, water was very clean, but the chairs were mildewed. Only because of a couple negatives, I rate this a 4!!

First time at Myrtle Beach

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach. We are a fairly easy going family and loved the location and proximity to the beach. Our condo had a strange odor to it upon arrival and it was clean however, the bathtub around the jets was dirty, we found one roach (the size of Texas... okay not that big, but pretty big) in the closet as we were putting clothing on hangers, and we found a pair of shoes (not ours) under the bathroom vanity as we were looking for our kids shoes. The only thing I didn't like, which can't be changed, is the lack of windows in the bedrooms...it makes it very difficult to wake up. We enjoyed our stay, our 10 year old girls loved the pools, beach and ocean and I loved the view and realities quietness of the community.
