This is possibly the cleanest, and well-maintained room, I have ever stayed. We discovered a mess another guest had made in a common area, reported it, and it was very promptly addressed. Plentiful lobby seating. The shared foot wash (with the adjacent hotel) at the beach was in disrepair, but there were other options. My only real complaint was the ridiculously priced items in the market, which I was forced to buy on-site, due to an acute medical situation.

We lived this hotel! The staff was super friendly and elevated the feeling of elation whilst visiting Myrtle Beach!!! Most certainly a property that I would revisit.

Most would expect a certain level of comfort/service from a Marriott hotel, but this location was a huge letdown. It felt more like a budget motel than a reputable hotel chain. Staff seemed untrained/unmotivated, every question asked — from nearby dining options to basic hotel services — was met with incorrect information. Check-in was slow, and we had issues with room keys that took multiple visits to the front desk to sort out. This trip was meant to be a relaxing, but staying here was unnecessarily frustrating. We reserved a suite, at $400 per night, but absolutely nothing about this stay was worth

Enjoyed my stay but the staff was rude. Young black girl at the desk gave me a hard time at check out time because I asked for an extra hour due to an important business meeting and needed to be in my room in a controlled environment with silence. She didn’t want to give me extra time. Will take my business to Hilton hotels where they are very accommodating for issues like that matter.

Ginni was the front desk team member. She was exceptionally helpful and during a phone conversation I mentioned that I was celebrating my partner birthday. She wrote a card with her name and provided some goodies for our enjoyment.

Clean and convenient property. Cool lazy river is fun for families. Jayda at the front desk was an extremely good example of customer service and friendliness. Very well spoken she was and instructions were excellent

Nice facility but the beds …

I really liked the facility and the people were really nice but the beds were some of the worst I’ve slept on, very hard mattresses. My back was really in bad shape after one night.

Checking in took too long. I did mobile check in and it was still 15 minutes wait time. It also took me 10 minutes waiting for cars to leave. Need a better system for parking at check in.
