The place was perfect for our needs and what I expected. Nice and clean and small. We just needed a one night quick place to sleep then get to the train station the next morning. Location was a tad tricky to get to due to construction.

Amazing stay! The staff was welcoming and super nice, the hotel was spotless and stylish, and my room was quiet and comfortable. Small but very functional! The location was perfect, super easy to walk around and there is a subway station steps from the hotel. We felt safe all the time in the area. The hotel has daily breakfast. We didn’t have it but it looked that it had great options. The lobby is super nice and great to chill and relax after exploring Munich. Overall, a fantastic experience — I’d gladly stay here again.

Pictures were deceiving… the room was tiny and not super nice. Bed was hard. It was hot because the air wasn’t on and took all day just to get cooler but not cold. The hotel itself looked run down and not super nice. Location was the only good thing.

Location is wonderful! Minutes from local trains, airport train under 10 minutes away, old town center under 10 minutes. Tons of shopping and restaurants. I've seen a few reviews state the area itself didn't feel as safe, but it is simply a big city area. We always felt at ease. The bar and breakfast downstairs was wonderful. Rooms are small, as expected, but plenty of room to keep two large suitcases open on the floor. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was a nice, basic hotel room. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was pretty comfortable. Plenty of transportation, sightseeing, and dining within walking area. Price was a little steep, but that’s what happens during Oktoberfest. Would stay again.

Good: The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Viktualienmart and Marienplatz. There is a U-Bahn station and tram stop on the same block, which is convenient. There is a cafe / bar upon entry. The cost / night seemed much cheaper than other hotels. It seemed safe. Bad: The room was tiny! We were supposed to have a king bed, but I don’t know if king means something different in Germany or if we just got a double bed instead. The only blanket on the bed wasn’t even as big as the bed, so I used the blanket I have for the plane and let my husband use the “blanket” on the bed. There was no top sheet either. We got one towel and one hand towel to share between the two of us for two nights. The bathroom was big enough for one person to be in there and turn around. The bedroom was only barely bigger than the bed.

For a hotel that cost this much, I would expect the WiFi to be functional but that wasn’t the case. When I asked the staff about it they didn’t seem to care, and did nothing to try to help. The amount of toiletries is also abysmal for this price. The area is nice, but I would find a different hotel to stay in
