A short walk from the city centre and very close to the train station making it a great place to stay. Staff was super friendly and we were able to leave our luggage safely in the hotel when we arrived before our check in time. Room was clean, tidy and accessible and overall a very great experience!!

The hotel is at a convenient location, next to Hauptbahnhof and walking distance to the sightseeing buses. But other than that, it was just a place to sleep at, nothing extra. The room was tiny and crowded with 4 beds and the bathroom was old.

Amazingly located, quite noisy in the summertime

This is an amazingly located hotel right next to the main train station in Munich and along a main street with tons of shops and restaurants. The location couldn't be better for someone who has an early/late train out of the Hauptbanhof or wants to be somewhere close to public transportation. The hotel was very clean, everything seemed to work perfectly fine and I didn't see any major problems at all with anything in the building. I arrived very early the day of check in and while the staff couldn't check me in early, they graciously offered to store my backpack so I could sightsee around until check in time, which was appreciated. The only issues with the hotel that I had were that I was here in mid-June, which got fairly warm. Seeing that there is no AC in the hotel, which is common for European hotels, I was forced to open the window to the main street, which got very noisy throughout the dead of the night, especially with the aforementioned closely located bars and restaurants being almost directly below the window. This didn't help for a good nights sleep in the slightest but it could have been much worse.

Very convenient for transport links to the airport and other areas. Easy, short walk into the central area of Munich. Very helpful and friendly staff and good clean facilities. The breakfast is excellent.

Nice hotel, great location in the centre of Munich, opposite the central station. For anyone driving the parking at the hotel is very convenient, and reasonably priced for being so central. I visit Munich on a regular basis and will definitely be back. Another plus is all staff were super friendly and helpful to me and my family.

The hotel is very convenient to the Hauptbanhof, yet it was quiet at night, so sleep well. The people at the front desk were very accomplished, helpful, and polite. The hotel offers a very good start to the morning at the buffet breakfast for a reasonable fee. My room was clean and overlooked an open area between other buildings which allowed a good amount of light into the room. Also, the hotel is a 15-minute walk to the Marienplatz. (A pedestrian area near to the Fraenkische, Glockenspiel and the Hofbrauhaus.) There are plenty of restaurant's in the immediate area as well as those in the Marienplatz. My 5 night stay was most pleasant!
