We enjoyed our stay at Koos, albeit brief. We liked the proximity to major sights, restaurants, shopping in Munich and walkability. Very safe area. Our room was booked as a family room for 4 people and it was a bit tight especially with luggage. The room was clean and had all the amenities including a washer, which we ended up not using. Optional breakfast was outstanding and worth the additional cost. Would recommend

The property was beautiful. The online check in process was nice, but we still had to visit the reception desk to find our room (it was in a different building). Our room was a bit tight for 4 people, but clean and comfortable. The only issue was that there was no air conditioning and when trying to sleep with the windows open, it was incredibly noisy.

This small apartment unit was perfect for myself and 3 girls. The bathroom has a great vanity and mire that allows more than one person to use at a time. Beds were comfortable. They are centrally located and very close to Karlsplatz. Very short walk to corner. There are also little stores located nearby. Breakfast is available and comparable to any nice restaurant but it isn’t included. There is also a very nice patio area. Everything is clean and staff are friendly.

The location is amazing! Right next to old town and trains. The breakfast at this hotel is way worth the money! However, the beds are very firm. Front staff in the morning is very friendly, but unfortunately, we did not find that with the evening staff.

Hotel room was clean but a few things didn’t work. Towel rack didn’t heat and that was how we were going to dry our clothes. We specifically stayed here for location and washing machine, so the towel rack not working was frustrating. They do have dryers in building C in the basement but only 3 and they are being used constantly; obviously people had the same idea as us. The hotel is one block from Karlsplatz stop. We walked from main Munich Hbf (we didn’t know better at the time :) late at night and it was fine with our family but I wouldn’t want to walk it by myself late at night; even though everyone said it was fine. Front desk staff was VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I do think we overpaid, so if you don’t mind waiting until you arrive, to see if they have a room, it would be much cheaper but that makes me nervous. We would stay here again for cleanliness, staff and location.

Great staff. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The room lacked some care and attention - lack of cutlery. TV not working. Room was a bit cramped for 3 but clean.The electronic room key was a bit of a faff. I’d stay here again because the staff were great.

Amazing staff. It was worth paying extra for breakfast every day it was delicious! The only thing that was kind of a pain was the key to unlock the outside and inside doors that is your email so you had to pull it up each time. Other than that the property was in a great spot and everyone was really nice.

Disappointing Stay Experience in KOOS HOTELS & APA

I recently stayed at a property in Munich for 6 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the hotel only provided a complimentary water bottle on the first day of my stay. For the remaining days, I had to pay for water, which is quite disappointing for a multi-day booking. Secondly, the room did not have air conditioning, and when I raised the issue due to the heat, I was simply told to open the window — a very poor solution, especially considering the comfort expected from a hotel stay. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation in a city like Munich, and it was genuinely disheartening. Additionally, I noticed that the rates listed on Hotels.com were significantly higher than the hotel's standard pricing. This disparity made me feel misled and dissatisfied with the booking process on Hotels.com. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’ve never faced such inconvenience before and expected better from both the hotel and Hotels.com.
