We arrived to a friendly greeting on reception, were able to check in early and informed we had been upgraded to a bigger room! Lovely spacious room- very clean. The bathroom was also spotless with a big walk in shower. Complimentary buffet breakfast was included in our stay and there was a good selection of different things to eat. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very good value for money, with good facilities and in a decent location.

Perfect single room for my purposes, with breakfast including and accommodating staff. While the area has good transport links, there was currently a lot of building work going on in the area but obviously doesn’t detract from the stay. I will say my room was a little on the cold side (but it is November in Munich) but the bathroom was nice and toasty. I didn’t enquire with staff about it as I was only there for two nights and once under the duvet it wasn’t bad at all. Overall would stay again if I go back to Munich.

Very good welcome. Spotless room and good breakfast. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Area (around station) is not the most salubrious part of Munich, but I had no day or nighttime safety concerns and this is reflected in the v competitive room rates. I would definitely stay again. There are plenty of more luxurious places to stay in Munich, but at a cost. The choice is yours.

I can’t imagine staying at any other hotel when I returned to Munich. This place is perfect for my wife and I. Well, the rooms are a little small. It was a perfect size for us and forced us to stay contained with our items. Only thing better than the rooms is the friendly and helpful service; from the front desk to house keeping to breakfast staff, everyone was top notch. 5-stars all around!
