The service was great. I accidentally booked three rooms in this hotel and one room at a sister hotel 5 miles away. The front desk took the time to shift my booking to the correct hotel and were amazing. The staff went way beyond my expectation during a busy Oktoberfest weekend.

Not very well maintained—cracked paint was the first thing I noticed in my room. There were stains on the sheets, which didn’t give a clean impression. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. However, I didn’t have a "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I was very annoyed when the cleaning staff opened the door twice during my meetings. I mentioned this at checkout and was told that the signs are kept at the reception and I could have requested one. That seems like such a basic accommodation detail that should be provided in every room! So was a poor experience overall.

Fairly basic hotel, perfectly ok for 4 days. City centre about 10 minutes away by tram. Reception staff super friendly, good choice available for breakfast. Walking distance away for marathon start. Breakfast hall too small when hotel is fully booked. Was turned away and told to wait 2 out of 4 days as all tables were taken.

A nice hotel just a few minutes walk away from the tram stop! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was great! The neighborhood was relatively quiet and we had a really enjoyable stay.

Loved staying here for a concert at the stadium. But this would’ve been the best location if you’re a traveler who also needs to workout out. The park across the street and pool would be perfect for a triathlete. The trams are super amazing too
