The room was 23C and had no AC, for 2 Canadians that is way too hot ! We opened the window but the traffic noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep plus bugs got inside the room . There were only 2 pillows and we wanted another one but that was not possible , the tv remote batteries didn’t work and it took 2 days to get some replacements , the only contact with someone from the property is through what’s app, they reply fairly fast but can’t do anything to help until the next day ( if the message gets passed along , which it didn’t ) I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in Munich .

The room was pretty standard and clean. There was no AC so it was really warm at some point of the day, window wouldn't open and both on corridors and in the room there was a bad smell. We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.

Great place for multiple day lodging. Well equipped kitchen, spacious studio room and easy electronic key access. Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

Numa is a great property with all amenities needed during your stay. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The construction nearby was a little bothersome. The main tourist points are about a 15-20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend staying here while traveling to Munich.

There was an issue when we arrived where we couldn't access our room because the code wasn't working. Luckily they have free WIFI so I was able to message the Numa team and they were able to help. It took almost a half an hour to figure out but they were extremely communicative and did eventually figure out the issue. Otherwise, the space is very comfortable, spacous and clean. Would definitely stay with Numa again!

I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc.

Great apartment, everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Satisfactory Stay in the North of Munich

Access to the building and to the room are via keypad. The number needed was relayed by email. As I had booked via Hotels.com I had to contact customer services to be able to register with numa. From then on registration and other communication was flawless. Customer service by email during the stay was responsive. However, don't stay without bringing a device with access to email and internet. The appartment was comfortable. There were minor maintenance issues, such as a broken shower fixing and a dislodged seal on a dishwasher, but the accommodation was otherwise in good repair and clean. Local public transport links are excellent. I would book this accommodation again if the need arises.
