Our second stay at this great local hotel. Always clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast. Ideally located near the U Bahn, a handy large shopping centre and a great gym/wellness centre (not part of hotel hence pay extra) all just a few minutes walk away.

A very nice hotel overall- contemporary and tasteful decorations, helpful staff, etc.- but it's a bit far from the center of the old town. It's virtually adjacent to where Oktoberfest is held, so it would be very convenient for that, but otherwise it required a 20 or so minute walk to the sights through a lively but not particularly scenic neighborhood.

Excellent value in Munich

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, simple but very carefully thought out design and all facilities provided without frills or fuss. Superb choices available at breakfast, focussing on healthy options instead of the usual fried stuff. Reasonably convenient location (get a regular travel pass, not the tourist kind) and very good value for money. Just one thing: please don’t allow smoking on the terrace where people are eating.

Go for it.

Second stay within a week. Loved the hotel and front desk service. A bit outside town center, but in a residential area and a block away from a mall and few nice cafes and restaurants. Recommend it.

The staff here were brilliant and very welcoming! The room was very comfy and was very well equipped for my stay. The breakfast was fresh every day and the staff kept everything topped up which was fantastic! When I next visit Munich, I am staying here again!
