Rooms need maintenance flushing toilets, lighting, power points. Rooms weren't refreshed with new drinking glasses etc.
Transport to main centred Ubud expensive to organise if outside free shuttle.
Lovely facility and view and staff lovely but needs upgrade to compete with newer resorts
