Not the treat I was hoping for

I was staying solo for a special event at the NEC and the reason I chose to stay with you was because of the pool and leisure facilities so that I could make my trip a special indulgence. I am a single parent and to have some time to myself is an absolute rarity. So I was hugely disappointed that the facilities were unavailable. I climbed 4 flights of stairs with 3 bags because the lifts were not fully functional and the queues were horrific. to find that my key did not work. The bathroom was old and tired. Breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel and staff. Great location. However it was so busy couldn’t get a cocktail- was really looking forward to it all month 😩 Bath was tiny and the room was very cold -2016. No fridge to store my drinks . No herbal teas in the room . However overall a lovely stay . Would book again but a bigger room . Stayed in 2 bed room

Loved my stay

I had never stayed here before, i was pleasantly surprised by the size facilities and loxation, its very close the shops and resturautns. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice

Fantastic Staff, Firm Mattress.

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to help you. My only thing that would make this better would be to have a choice of mattress as the one in my room is quite firm and I prefer a softer mattress.
