Staff was extremely rude when I tried to make a walk-in booking and would not honor online prices. Almost did not stay due to the treatment, but had limited other options. Struggled to find staff to check out. Hotel was extremely noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Our room was by an exterior door that was slamming all night long and kids were partying in the hallways.

Hotel was very clean and cleaning staff was exceptional. The issue we had was the design of the building. The pool is below many of the rooms so you heard all the noise from the pool all hours of the night. I finally had to tell the desk people that the pool was to close at 10 pm.and to please evict all the teens that were in the pool way after 10 pm. I would recommend you ask for a room not above the pool. Also the hotel should put people with dogs on the top floor so that if the dogs barked or whine or howl for hours most people would hear the dog. The room next to us had a dog and it howled for hours when the owners were out
