I guess its the owner is completely unreasonable. He said he was going to charge my guests 10 dollars apiece if they came in and they just helped me with bringing in my bags. The property is run down and i was afraid my car would be vandalized due to thr constant flo of ho homeless people walking through the property. Something has to be fixed therd with everything. It looked like it use to be nice byt now its just run down so

Nice, spacious room

Checkin was very smooth and the manager was very kind. The room was spacious and very nice. Some parts of the room are showing their age, particular several wall plug outlets.

Good location but run down

Our room was big with a living and kitchen area. Bedroom in the back which was comfy. BUT. the furniture was dirty, sticky and falling apart. Shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty. Did let the front desk know this and for some reason extra charges were put on my bill. Tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com when home but to no avail as to why charged more. Beware of extra billing The outside pool area looked good and breakfast had a great selection

Power went out in the a.m. That was the utility company's fault, not the property. Staff was nice, but no coffee or breakfast, and had to use a flashlight in the bathroom. The owner offered no rebate or compensation.

I was incredibly disappointed with my one night stay at Quality Inn Grand Suites it was not up to the basic standards. I would have left immediately at check in when the key card didn’t work on my first attempt to enter the room. I was very concerned for my safety with the door being outside and not secure in the building. AS a solo woman traveling alone. I asked for a different room on my return to the lobby front desk and they said no other room was available. I checked on their website and other sites and it was showing availability. Once I got intthe room it was in incredibly in poor condition and I felt very uncomfortable to stay. There was a horrible odour and the stench of mold. The mattress was filthy and the bed springs were visible and sticking out of the ancient well used mattress. I spent a sleepless night keeping eye on my vehicle in the unsecure parking lot. The best thing about this stay was leaving the hotel in the morning. My trust is greatly damaged to rebook any other properties unless I have already stayed after this. I wish I had checked the reviews before booking it….
The bed springs were sticking out and the foul smell was nauseating.
The couch was filthy and stunk of mold. It should’ve been taken to the dump years ago..
