Quiet and comfortable, and staff seemed extra careful to make sure everything worked - present, pleasant and responsive! One small issue is the Gym is a full gym next door - a plus, but the hours are limited to when it's open. Loved hot tub!

This is my second stay at this hotel. I needed a quick, quiet, clean place to stay before the Chuckanut 50k trail run. I appreciate the proximity to restaurants, especially Starbucks which opens at 5am. If I run this race again, I will absolutely book this hotel again.

The hotel was just finishing a remodel and they were competent in staying out of the guests way. I would say that the service staff (the people that clean the rooms) were the most accommodating. The front desk folks, not as much. Convenient location, clean and safe. Stayed nine nights, would stay there again.

We were not told that it was undergoing major renovations and the lobby was a complete construction zone. The pool was open but the changeroom/shower room was open yet being tiled and full of tools with no signage so I had to walk back up to my room dripping wet

The whole place was under construction. Computers down. On top of that it was exceedingly busy and noisy. We were awoken after 10:30pm by a screaming child in the hallway through the paper-thin door. Then again by stomping by perhaps a toddler at 5:45am till we checked out wearily at 8:15. On top of that, there were awful smells. Will never visit again, and may not do Holiday Inn Express again either.
