Front desk staff ready to check in, room missing tv remote control, underneath the bed was super dusty and dirty. I could hear the neighbors making love which was very disgusting as i really needed to rest after a day of work and i had drive 5 hrs. This was my 4th time staying here. Breakfast was excellent.

Poor choice for a night’s stay.

Room & bedding not clean. Fresh chewing gum stuck in drawer next to bed. Deadbolt broken in 1st room. 2nd room offer was already occupied. Canceled reservation & made other arrangements for the night.

It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The door to the breakfast room, which required my key card, would not work and I had to get a clerk to let me in. The hotel allowed pets but there was no grassy place anywhere for pets to potty. I probably won’t stay there again.

Room wasn't super clean and breakfast was very limited/not very good. Overall just a bare bones, you-get-what-you-pay-for place. In hindsight, I would have paid a little more for somewhere nicer.

They are conveniently close to the freeway and shopping, but the traffic coming off the freeway can cause congestion. Currently (July 2025) road work is also making some slight issues. The property itself is nice and has quiet rooms. The carpet needed cleaning in our room. Overall a good place to stay.

Flys greeted us in the lobby as they didn’t have the AC on and the front doors were wide open. Check in was overly complicated with a $100 deposit. Not the worst

It is an old hotel so I was expecting some worn furniture and several layers of paint on the walls. The linens and carpet had stains, which was a little off putting but understandable. Unfortunately it was very obvious the cleaning crew didn't spend much time -if any, cleaning our room. There were no towels or soap left in the bathroom, dirty wash rag left on the floor of bathroom and a receipt found between the bed and nightstand.Even the conversation table and refrigerator had not been cleaned of previous spills. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating when we addressed these issues with them, even offering us a different room. We declined because we felt the same cleaning standards would've been applied to all rooms. (The dust accumulation made it obvious this wasn't a fluke event). Bottom-line, this is NOT the worst hotel I've stayed at but definitely not the cleanest either. The staff is friendly, the coffee's good and the location is convenient.
