Super basic, hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The room across from us definitely had some illegal activities going on (towel clearly stuffed under door, fights and door slamming at 3am). Also place was under construction. Would not recommend for the price.

Room was updated floors bed lights electronic plug ins and tv. The rest was original. Maid service good first day then after not done on first floor. Front desk very nice. I think family business but apparently had issues with possible homeless and drug related. Sink in room not bathroom. I would use them again for price and kind front desk. Ayli nice young man.
