Pros-Good breakfast, warm pool, clean hotel, fast check in / checkout Cons- house keeping didn’t leave same amount clean towels after cleaning the room, they vacuumed the room and unplugged the refrigerator outlet but didn’t plug it back so all the baby food and milk i had in there went bad, front desk need to be more friendly

So-so stay.
Getting out of the house for some relaxing. Elevators slow, toilet cap broken, ice machine door/laundry door hard to open. Bed a little stiff. Clean and cozy, shower was very nice. Parking was great and location was near shopping, restaurants, and hospital. Staff at end of stay not friendly, kind of rude.

We were there for my sister's funeral, so the trip was not for fun. The location was great. The room was very large. We were not in the room a lot. The only downside was the shower was hard to use as we had never seen anywhere the tricky way to turn it on. We had to call the front desk. I couldn't get on the internet either, but it was not that important that i did.

I was charged 4 times by Expedia. Still waiting to hear what is going on. Then the hotel had to charge me once because they couldn’t get a hold of Expedia, in which they said it was a diff co name, not Expedia and couldn’t get payment from them. So I was charged a total of five times dealing with this company!
