Staff was friendly. Cute entrance. Convenient to bars/restaurants. Pictures looked better online. Bed was not as comfortable as some other hotels I’ve stayed. No hot tub and hotel restaurant closes early. Upon entrance, it appeared some of the hotel was under construction. Parking was not the best, Although it was nice, and staff was great, wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel accommodation itself was tremendous. The front desk staff during check in and check out were both cold and unapproachable. I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them both. It is not the expected overall presence that a front line staff should convey when dealing directly with customers.
