The room felt sterile. Could have been warmed with just a few pictures onthe walls. The TV pixelated a lot. The staff at the desk were helpful. Especially the two women that were on Friday afternoon. That was October 31st.

The property is outdated, the interior is in very old, with chips, every where in the walls paint. Also the area is very dirty in general, like the property. the only good part of this hotel is the staff working there. I will coming back to Montreal very soon, but I am NOT coming to the RAMADA PLAZA.
