We had two rooms. One was bigger than the other. Smaller room had no light switch (no main light when you enter, only lamps). Bathroom in larger room had a toilet too close to door. Breakfast was only carbs or hard boiled eggs. Would have liked scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage (like the Ramada in Guelph), waffles etc. Staff was excellent, helpful, and very courteous. Beds were very comfortable.

A lot of renovations and noise. Very friendly staff but very basic food. Exterior environment felt a bit unsafe, especially during night time.

Our stay was very restful and the room was amazing. Staff were professionals, respectful and kind. Am greatful overall, our stay was short but relaxed. Breakfast options were good as well (waffles would have been great choice, but wasn't in the menu☺️).

Quick and easy check-in, they were able to accommodate our early check-in request (for a small fee). Clean room, very comfortable beds, Dove products in the bathroom. There is a pool, but we weren't able to take advantage of it this trip. Pricing is excellent, includes continental breakfast which is a bonus, however, the coffee has been terrible every time we have stayed here. Please, please put some investment into upgrading the coffee on the breakfast bar. Overall though, enjoyed our stay. It's a great option, especially for the price.

Heat could not be adjusted. I slept with my sweater and coat on. Toilet did not function properly. I had to remove the tank lid and pull up the chain to flush it. The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
