The property and rooms are very nice. Location is good. During our stay, the business centre computers were not working and all the elevators stopped working during our checkout. Staff was very helpful in helping us take the freight elevator, but we had to walk up 12 floors after swimming. Staff was also helpful in printing a document for me.

The shower in our room didn’t drain properly but I didn’t have a chance to let the front desk know so they could address and only mentioned upon check out so couldn’t say how quickly and effectively they’d have actioned. Will definitely return as overall a great place, good $ and perfect location for a West Island stay :)

Airport shuttle was easy to find, due to information booth at the airport. We had to call to have them come came sooner than expected. The hotel itself is immaculate, pool area was very nice clean and had towels. Did not use the restaurant but it looked nice
