The entire stay was wonderful. In particular was the gentleman who was consistently and beautifully chatting with and helping people. I wish I had asked his name. The only things that would have made this a 11/10 stay would have been earlier dinner restaurant hours for those of us who retire early and better eggs at the buffet.

The room and bedding comfort level of the standard king bed room was exceptional. The big minus was the breakfast brunch. Food was cold, coffee was cold, and the service accidentally cleared my table when I got up to go back to the buffet area. The $15 service amenities fee is unnecessary in my option. Beautiful location and elegance otherwise!

We love the Chateau. The overall hotel is very upper class, both interior design and exterior grounds. The staff is superb from the doorman, dinning, bar and room maintenance. Friendly, engaging and helpful. The food is excellent. It's our favorite place to stay at when we come to Montreal to visit family. Both summer and winter it is a great place, but we especially like to stay there at Christmas time. It's so nicely decorated, warm and cozy. Also, our grandchildren like to come and swim in the pool in the winter time.
