Extremely friendly staff, excellent location, lots of restaurants around, 3 min walk to laundry with same day service, local market nearby, allow free luggage storage if need to travel to other places during stay, provide discounts in hotel restaurant for house guests, walkway to adjacent shopping mall with subway below, no need to go outside.
