I booked the room by mistake. And yeah it was my fault for selecting non refundable option in hurry. I have gave them notice 1 and half months before the date and request them to refund because it is more than enough notice. Great no frills family stay

This is great if you just need a no frills place to sleep. It is a lot like a Super 8 motel or best Western for North Americans. You can choose to have a full, hot breakfast there.

We booked this hotel as somewhere to sleep between the airport and Paris centre as it said there is a cot available. We were aware that for the price of the hotel we shouldnt expect much- however we arrived with our 2 year old late at night and we were all exhausted, just to find out that they didnt have a cot available and our room only had a double bed. This left 3 of us sharing a double bed and we didnt get any sleep. Not only that, the staff didnt seem to want to help and just shrugged when we asked about the cot. My daughter was walking around the room and kept coming to me with black curly hairs caught in her feet which is why ive given 2 stars for cleanliness. The shower also flooded the bathroom as the drainage was poor.

Overall, a good hotel to stay at when using CDG airport. The hotel is close to the airport and easily accessed by car - a real plus. We have stayed at the hotel before and we are repeat customers. One thing we have noticed is a lack of good house keeping services. We have checked in a couple of different times and had to deal with room issues (broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, etc). Simple things when preparing a room for new customers, not rocket science but management needs to get on this!
