Overall a great option. He beach can be a little rough and the water a little dirty but not the properties fault. Good options were solid. Especially the Italian and Japanese restaurants. Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. Staff was great and the views were amazing.

When I was initially looking at this resort - I payed close attention to the food and beverage which was better than a lot of all inclusive resorts. The main problem with this resort was the property is very condense so it is extremely noisy! We could hear everything it was the biggest bummer especially traveling with a toddler.

Si te gusta pagar de más, no dormir y esperar horas para comer, Dreams Vallarta bay Resort es perfecto para ti. Me cobraron 105 USD extra por dia por mis hijos, aunque Expedia cobra igual sin importar la edad. Y aunque estoy segura que si lo pague porque al viajar con mucha frecuencia ya lo tengo en mi perfil guardado con las edades de mis hijos No es la primera vez que pasa esto en comentarios más abajo ya está un review tal cual igual a lo que me acaba de pasar Los restaurantes tienen esperas eternas (y el italiano no es para niños, aunque el hotel se dice familiar). En mi caso hubo una boda en el lobby con música hasta la madrugada, ideal si lo que querías era una discoteca y no descanso. Además de que ojo si planeas tu boda aquí ya que la recepción es literalmente el lobby del hotel Climas que no sirven, alcohol barato, comida mala y un trato que deja claro que el turismo local no es bienvenido. Very clean and comfortable view. We had a nice view of the beach and ocean. We didn't venture out of the resort, but it looked decent enough with food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the swim up bar and the activities in the pool. And surprisingly, the food was delicious!

The water was murky. However the views, storms and the actual resort was wonderful. I did find it strange that adults on the dreams side couldn’t participate in be secrets side.

This resort was wonderful. We had a great ocean view from the room, although there was a smell from one sink and housekeeping was not restocking items as stated. The other services and staff were great, especially at the restaurants- excellent servers and fabulous food. The pool attendants were awesome also. We had a great time!

La hospitalidad es excelente! Mi observación es que el mobiliario del área de la alberca debería mejorar. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien. Regresaremos y lo hemos recomendado con amigos y familiares. Buen día!

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The rooms were spacious. The property felt very secure (they check who goes in and out of the gated property). My only complaint was the fact that the poolside restaurant has a dress code even during the day. My group was dressed for the pool and couldn’t get into the restaurant because one of the men in our group had a tank top on and sleeves are required to enter, but yet us women could enter with just bikini tops!? This didn’t make sense since it was daytime and the restaurant was by the pool. That explained why most people near the pool have to eat from the snack bar instead of the restaurant.

what I did not like was the two restaurants that I wanted to eat were adult only my son is almost 12 and enjoys fine dining. We were not able to experience other than that. Everything else was good.

The staff is nice but the pool is dirty full of bugs and bees. Especially the big pool. My kids refuse to go into it. The room has a very strong moldy smell. And we got allergy and sick. So we leave the hotel and change to a different one. The front desk refuse to refund us for the days we are not going to stay. Which is not helpful at all. I submitted a review through the hotel’s parent company’s website and then they get the partial refund to us. Besides this. The kids club is great and staff beside the front desk are all great too.
