Well the hotel was dirty, there were people loitering outside the front door messed up on something, we got a room with 2 queen beds and there was one pillow on each bed,blankets were thin and tiny! the fridge had no shelves there was no microwave! We went down to ask for an extra blanket and a towel and the guy working the front desk told us NO, are you kidding me? I always thought the Wyndham hotels were supposed to be a nicer place to stay! That was definitely not the case! It was like one big huge flop house!

When I walked I was literally scared for my life, loud, rowdy, being singled out for being white. Parking lot a complete mess, no lightning, inside just filthy. And breakfast was cereal and the milk was in a fridge that was half gallon of milk . How unsanitary and a health risk to say the least, people sleeping in the breakfast area on tables. So unsafe. I just want my money back . I plan on never returning. Wyndham made a bad name with me.

The property is not even a shadow of its old self its an entirely different person, no working ac in dear i say all rooms, elevator breaking down and a ownership only wanting your cash. It wouldnt surprise me if bedbugs or roaches stay there with you, if you have a choice you dont stay if you dont im sorry welcome to hell

Horrific stay

The house keeping is awful , customer service awful the front desk entire family resides on the first floor, they also take over the parking lot ! the third floor is completely full of drug addicts , the staff harass paying customers but have people that’s been living there for months even years that pay on their own time

Very smelly and no sign of cleaning. Needed to use elevator and it looked they forgot how to clean. Walls of elevator never cleaned. Missing iron and board. One towel hanger busted. Figured nice to be able to take a bath in morning. No such luck. Water knob worthless, didn’t turn on water, just spun. So no bath or shower. Worst stay ever! What a waste of my money. Couldn’t even get a decent breakfast out of it.
